Filippo Silvi’s initial thoughts of ACN were those of potential and promise. The deciding factor was the professionalism and commitment exemplified by the Co-Founders during a meeting that Filippo attended to see first hand this amazing business opportunity. Since his start with ACN, Filippo has amassed an impressive organisation complete with tens of thousands of customers and thousands of representatives of which 20 are Team Coordinators and over 200 are Executive Team Trainers. Filippo’s previous network marketing experience in the product sector is just one of the factors that have helped this RVP become an ACN leader. Throughout Filippo’s successful tenure with ACN he was regularly recognised as a top producing Team Coordinator, achieved RVP status in May of 2004 and most notably is now recognised as a member of the prestigious Circle of Champions for a third straight time in 2007.

The Little Things
The compensation plan was obviously a big selling point for Filippo but there were also other qualities that ACN presented that he found appealing. There was the deregulation of the telecom industry in Italy which of course gave Filippo a chance to be a part of a historical change in telecommunications and then there is the character building element that has meant a lot to one of ACN’s newest COC members.

Filippo’s Advice
When building your international business it is important to understand that not everyone you approach will become your next customer but that is not a reason to stop. Persistence and conviction are qualities that will take you to the next level. Just ask Filippo: "Believe in what you are doing and persist. Today I can see the results coming from what I have believed in from the start." Another factor is the importance of teamwork and participating in all the ACN events that occur all over Europe.
"It is essential to adopt the belief that you are not the only one winning: your whole team is. Therefore you have to be direct, positive and honest with people working with you. You have to try to be surrounded by modest people that wish to learn. You need to go to the weekly meetings and trainings that usually take place every three months. Never miss the conventions and try your best to take your group with you."
Happy Days
The financial freedom and extra time to live life on his terms are reasons to smile these days for Filippo. This COC member from Italy has found his niche and is ready to help anyone who wishes to do the same.
