Having tried it all, from traditional employment to owning her own business to network marketing, tour guide Françoise Monfray had yet to find her ideal career path. She was looking for an opportunity with no limits and a company with long-term vision, while at the same time it had to be fun with a focus on people interaction. Always searching for a way to balance a career and family life, Françoise decided to venture back into network marketing in the hope that ACN would match her skill set. The fit couldn’t have been more perfect as she now assumes her role as one of Europe’s proud Circle of Champions members.
One Phone Call
Françoise’s initial experiences with network marketing weren’t exactly what she had hoped for but she was determined to keep an open mind and remained determined to succeed.
“You need to stay a student, always learning, and the teacher will always come to you”. A phone call from one such teacher finally arrived when it became known that ACN was to launch its services in France. This teacher and former colleague, SVP & COC member Art Napolitano, obviously knew that Françoise and ACN would flourish together and didn’t hesitate for a moment to present to her an incredible opportunity that had her name written all over it. Her previous experience in the industry helped her to understand the potential of network marketing therefore she was not about to let this slip by.
Why Not Me?
Françoise got her first glimpse of ACN at an international event in Stockholm, Sweden as a guest of Mr. Napolitano and after witnessing the success others were having with this unique business concept she couldn’t help but say “why not me?”. The decision was made and the representative agreement was signed in February of 2004. Her goal was to find a way to balance a career and family life which is one of ACN’s biggest assets.
“In the beginning, I simply wanted to make more time for my kids, my family, and for me. My goal was really to be financially independent”.
A New Career is Born
At first Françoise worked with ACN part time as she continued with her other employment as a tour guide but within a year all that changed. The potential was too great to ignore and, already with a healthy start, she knew it was time to commit full time to what she knew all along would be her salvation.
“Many people say ‘they will believe it when they see it’, but I’m the opposite. I believe in it and then I see it really happen. Once I had seen ACN and the possibility and potential of it, I took action right away, which is important. I could see how big it would become in France.”
